Are you like me? Do you have crystals and stones hanging around all over your house? Do you carry them in your pocket or bra where they clink together like spare change or drop all over the place when you bend over to pick something up? Do you have the urge to bring them with you everywhere, walking around with what feels like pounds of rocks adding to your body?
Ya know what? You can harness the energy and influence of crystals and stones without having to bring them all with you; instead, you can create a crystal grid and carry its energy with you throughout the day. Building a grid creates dynamic sacred space, which can be useful in so many ways. It can help you hold healing energy for yourself or a loved one, create a peaceful space for meditation or support the deepening of your spiritual connection.
Putting our crystals to work in a grid can be easy, fun and a great way to practice being aware of energy. Let’s pretend you have been collecting stones to help balance your chakra system and you have several sets of stones in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. You might assume that you need to carry seven or more of those stones in your pocket to help you keep your energy in balance. What if you could arrange all those stones in a beautiful grid that stays at home and carry just one amplifying stone in your pocket instead? Freedom!
Crystals come in so many different forms; some are pointed, some are round and some are clusters. Each stone feels different because they direct energy differently and carry their own unique frequency that can be beneficial for health, wealth, or stability. Try holding your stones and feeling where and how the energy moves or flows. Is the energy defuse, sharp, or concentrated? Being aware of all this information can be useful when working with these beautiful beings that you have invested so much into.
